Privacy Policy

Listance collects no data. Your lists stay on your iPhone, and neither the developer nor anyone else has access to them.

What the app stores, and where

Your lists (names, icons, colors, categories, items, quantities, notes, checked items and usage dates) are stored only in the app’s space on your iPhone. They aren’t sent to any server: the app doesn’t connect to the internet.

As with any app, this data is part of your iPhone’s backups (iCloud or computer) if you’ve turned them on. These backups are managed by Apple according to your settings and aren’t accessible to the developer.

What the app doesn’t do

No account, no identifier, no email address requested.
No ads, no analytics, no tracking across apps or websites.
No third-party tool or service built into the app.
No access to your contacts, photos, location, camera or microphone.

Backups and files you share

In Settings, “Export My Lists” creates a .listance file containing your lists; “Export List”, in a list’s menu, does the same for a single list. This file only goes where you send it (Files, AirDrop, Mail…). Once shared, it’s up to the service or person who receives it.

When you import a .listance file, it’s read on your iPhone only.

Crash reports

If the app crashes, iOS may hand it a technical report, which the app writes to your iPhone’s system log. The app doesn’t send it anywhere.

Separately from the app, if you’ve turned on “Share With App Developers” in Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements, Apple may share crash reports and anonymous usage statistics with the developer. This sharing is governed by Apple and your settings, and you can turn it off at any time.

Children

Listance collects no data, including from children.

Your rights

Since the developer collects and keeps no data about you, there’s nothing for us to access, correct or delete. To delete your lists, delete them in the app or delete the app from your iPhone.

Changes

If this policy changes (for example with a new feature), the new version will be published on this page with its effective date.
